The Patriot Placement Program was born from a simple truth: our nation depends on two pillars—our veterans and our construction industry. Without either, our world doesn’t work.

A Shortage Of Builders And A Surplus Of Determination

Across the country, the construction industry is facing a critical shortage of project managers and estimators. These are the professionals who turn blueprints into reality, ensuring that projects are planned, priced, and built with precision. At the same time, thousands of service members transition out of the military every year—skilled, disciplined, and motivated, but often unsure of how to navigate the leap into civilian careers.

We saw an opportunity to bring these two needs together.

With our deep respect for veterans and our passion for building, we created a pathway that empowers America’s heroes to step into vital roles in construction. The Patriot Placement Program provides housing, accredited training, real-world co-op experiences, and direct job placement. It doesn’t just prepare veterans for work—it prepares them to lead.

Why We Partnered With Arcadia University

Arcadia is known for academic excellence and forward-thinking programs that prepare students for real-world success. By aligning with Arcadia’s certificate programs in blueprint reading, estimating, and project management, we ensure our participants receive an industry-recognized education backed by a respected institution. This partnership adds credibility, quality, and structure to our program while giving veterans the confidence that their training is not just practical, but also academically rigorous and transferable across the industry.

Investing In Veterans — Eliminating Financial Barriers

The total cost for a veteran to go through this program—including coursework, certification, and placement support—ranges from $2,000 to $5,000 per participant. For many veterans, this is a financial barrier we work to eliminate.
