The Patriot Placement Program is a complete pathway from service to success. Each stage combines accredited education, real-world experience, and career support to ensure every veteran transitions confidently into a meaningful role in construction.

Step 1: Apply & Enroll

Veterans and transitioning service members begin by completing a simple application. Our team reviews eligibility, discusses career goals, and connects each participant with housing and support services to ensure a smooth start.

Step 2: Academic Training at Arcadia University

Participants enter an accelerated certificate program at Arcadia University designed to build the foundation for success in construction.

By graduation, each participant holds an accredited certificate that proves they are jobsite-ready.

Step 3: Co-Op Experience with a General Contractor

After completing academic training, participants transition into a 10–12 week co-op placement with one of our partner general contracting firms. This hands-on experience allows veterans to:

Step 5: Ongoing Coaching & Support

Graduates of PPP continue to receive career coaching, mentorship, and access to resources through our alumni network. In partnership with healthcare and wellness providers, we also ensure long-term physical and mental support for veterans and their families.
